      CEO interferes with quality of services, bullies employees, and makes impulsive decisions that negatively impact work environment.

      Avantages

      There are some really good people working there that are kind, amazing work ethic, and have good values. (Isn't that what it's all about in the end of the day?)

      Inconvénients

      The company is chaotic expect for the small minority of individuals keeping it together. Oh and lack of diversity. CEO is partial to Slavic applicants and it rears its head in the day to day cliques and lack of strength that comes through true diversity.
