      - Culture is friendly and welcoming - Team atmosphere - everyone seems engaged - Good benefits, especially for a smaller company - Solid financial status - feels like a startup, but we are not held to investors or outside forces - Solid work/life balance - Easy to get face time with company leadership

      Inconvénients

      - Dynamics between teams can be strained - Upper management can sometimes intervene too frequently - Turnover has been high as of late

      I enjoyed working with many exceptional people.

      Inconvénients

      New senior management took the company in the wrong direction, though I believe many of those new leadership have since left.
