      Avantages

      Everyone without a managerial title was humble and great to work with.

      Inconvénients

      CEO was terrible. Says one thing and does another. Wanted us to trust him but didn't give his entire workforce an ounce of trust. Management afraid to do what they know is right. Installed micromanagement software on all laptops and questioned you about inactivity for anything 2 minutes and up WHILE WORKING REMOTE BTW.

      I enjoyed working with many exceptional people.

      Inconvénients

      New senior management took the company in the wrong direction, though I believe many of those new leadership have since left.
