      Avantages

      - people are awesome - casual dress code - on site car park

      Inconvénients

      - crazy KPI’s - no trust - feedback is encouraged but is often ignored - focus is placed on speed and not so much accuracy - family owned business means that everyone else comes second, no matter how great they are at their job
