Avantages

Majority of colleagues are lovely people, talented and very knowledgeable. Great opportunities for career progression. If you love BS (cow poo) business buzz words and acronyms you are in for a treat working here, You can circle back to touch base offline with your trusted advisors and regular citizens to your hearts content.

Inconvénients

The constant change in policies and agendas is information overload. They introduce new things that A. haven't been fully finished or tested and B. have clearly not been thought through from a user perspective. Training in general is hit and miss.. some is great, other times leaves you with more questions than answers and lately has been cancelled all together in order to increase chargeable activities. Client service and value has been replaced with higher fees and ridiculous processes.. (why chase clients for payment when they haven't even received the invoice!)

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, it is true that the business has been going through significant transformation, some of which has worked and is now helping us continually improve our business and some things have been less than successful and we have had to revisit and redirect efforts to ensure we deliver to both our external and internal customers. The 5 year pathway sets a clear direction for Azets and its' people, this will also support change happening in a more timely and specific way.
