      you can make great connections at this company

      Inconvénients

      Everyone is scared to work there for fear of being fired. THEY DON'T GIVE RAISES (not even cost of living) they expect you to work nights and weekends and there is no compensation for that. The company micromanages everyone, feels like you're walking on eggshells ALL THE TIME. One of the VP's behaves like a 15-year-old, swearing all the time , crude jokes including sexual innuendoes, drinking hard liqour and beer in the office regularly.

      Great team to work with. Very fun environment.

      Inconvénients

      No structure. Hard to figure out who you report to. Firm is going down a bit in size.
