      Avantages

      Working with clients who are using OMT to change their lives for the better.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of pressure to make units for billing and received no support from higher up to make job more manageable. Office culture absorbed the symptoms of the clients - therefore employees became distrusting, disrespectful, vindictive, and hostile to one another. The other counselors seemed not to enjoy working with the clients.

      Avantages

      Great people to work with. Very friendly atmosphere and clients are amazingly easy to get along with and friendly.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of non truths from the higher ups and pay levels are terrible.
