      Their mission to spread healthcare worldwide truly is commendable. They began improving efforts towards being a truly global company by encouraging more collaboration between their global staff.

      Inconvénients

      Need to provide consistent and timely in-house communication between the various departments. They can improve their commitment to diversity throughout all staffing levels.
