Avantages

Lunch is catered and the company provide good benefits. The office is also located downtown which is convenient for public transportation.

Inconvénients

The company is on a downhill trajectory, make sure you do your research and speak to former employees - this is a bad place to work. They are running out of money, so they are behaving in a desperate manner. The workplace environment (what is left of it, after all of the terminations) is toxic. The remaining good people should stop drinking the CEOs kool-aid and just leave. If you don't conform, you'll get fired.

Avantages

Great culture and lots of opportunities. I've been able to develop personally and professionally in more ways than I would have anticipated when I first joined the company. I am constantly being pushed beyond my comfort zone to learn and develop. The CEO and executive team care deeply about their employees and their clients.

Inconvénients

It can feel like there are a lot of changes, but nothing more than a typical start-up.

Avantages

Perks are pretty good: free lunch, great location, and benefits. The engineers like to play foosball and the Wii to relax. Good career opportunities as well. I have a friend here that I saw get a promotion after three months. She worked her butt off for it though. If you work hard, then you get rewarded. The people here are intense but very friendly as well. The company is building a product that helps us work with clients and manage our work. The system used to be really bugged, but it's gotten a lot better and actually started helping. I like being a part of the process when the engineering team works on the product.

Inconvénients

Work-life balance is pretty tough here, but it's better than it used to be. When I joined, I was working from early morning to late at night. Since the new year, I'm back to a more normal work-life balance. Still, I could get a more comfortable job somewhere else. Since the company seems to be doing better and better, I'd want to stick it out. Some clients can be difficult. I know a coworker got yelled at by the CEO of one of our clients. No one deserves that treatment, but it goes with the job I guess. The good thing is the head of account management actually reprimanded the client.
