      Nice colleagues you can learn from, pretty new tech stack (though rather very basic one), good office location

      Inconvénients

      Ways of working are being constantly changed; priorities too; often one initiative overrides the other; management states it values employee input, though that feedback is rarely reflected in decisions

      Avantages

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Inconvénients

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
