Avantages
There’s very little left to appreciate. Benefits decrease year after year, salary increases continue to shrink, and bonuses have become less rewarding.
Inconvénients
Employees are often expected to work evenings and weekends without additional compensation. There is also an expectation to adapt to clients' time zones, despite contracts specifying standard working hours (9–5). Benefits vary significantly between countries, creating a sense of unfairness among employees. Additionally, goals and deadlines are often unrealistic, with constant pressure to move from one project to the next without adequate time or resources.
