They will never give you a raise, health benefits are expensive, no 401k, no real chance to move up, every call is the most important call, so they'll ask you to move mountains and do them a favor and get it even though you are done for the day. Or if someone is out you have to drive ridiculously far to cover that area. And that can happen anytime. Than when you do all that and pay your dues, they quickly forget all that when you ask for a raise more than a year later.
ALOT of far driving too. Gets old after awhile. Another thing too many cooks in kitchen so to speak. Somebody will drop the ball somewhere and a customer is not happy so you'll get contacted by everyone to drop whatever you're doing no matter where you are, and run and fix the issue. So that leads to a lot of duplicate driving and having to go back the opposite way just to come back later.
