      Avantages

      Supportive environment, opportunities for growth with guidance in the field of ABA, work/life balance is encouraged with reasonable expectations and help from the executive team if needed, generous PTO that doesn't require accrual, collaboration with other BCBAs, SLPs, and OT, work from home days to assist with treatment plans without distractions

      Inconvénients

      ABA is a high burnout field regardless of work life balance, due to clinic needs PTO is not always approved even if turned in 2 weeks out, the job is demanding and sometimes stressful

      Avantages

      In this position, mentoring was particularly noteworthy. I was able to enhance my assessment abilities and confidence in applied behavior analysis with the help of senior analysts who were available for advice and constructive criticism.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes the pace of advancement seemed slower than expected.
