Poor communication from management - no direction, no feedback, no expectations set Only sales teams ("revenue earners") are rewarded and recognised, minimal perks for rest of the business Abysmal remuneration for non-sales staff, with flimsy discretionary bonus Poor ethics and dodgy sales practices, concerns raised about this are disregarded Unstable environment, zero job security, poor prospects.
