Avantages
I haven’t been at this company long, but I already feel that my contributions have been recognized. My teammates have always been supportive and willing to help, whether it’s to solve issues or implement new processes. I really appreciate the culture of looking for ways to improve processes rather than blaming people for mistakes.
Inconvénients
This may be common in remote work environments, but at times there can be a lack of visibility into certain processes. However, I feel that there have been great improvements in this area recently.
