      Avantages

      Decent flexibility. Also, if you're a "do the minimum" kind of person, you can definitely do that here and make it a long time.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic people in leadership roles by default of being with the company for 20+ years; only know Boldt, not willing to listen to other people that have come from other, more established companies. Not willing to part ways with toxic leaders or hold people accountable.

      Good pay, safety, good equipment,

      Inconvénients

      Clique work environment, changing start and stop times, young supervisors who get promoted off your knowledge and work. Not recognized for your contributions, no accommodations for disabled workers, constant layoffs if your not in the Clique, unappreciated ,
