      Avantages

      Remote work has been the best thing to happen.

      Inconvénients

      I don't trust senior managers and executives. Time and time again there have been bad decisions made that result in layoffs. They're starting to see employees as employees and no longer humans.

      Avantages

      Direct management was incredible. Some fun activities and team bonding

      Inconvénients

      Upper management went south really fast, blame it on the industry but when multiple rounds of layoffs hit it felt more about profit margin then the people.
