Avantages

Teaching is always a great experience; part time hours so I could work more than one job; pay was good and supplies were almost always spot on.

Inconvénients

school was closed in Nor Cal and I was no longer able to teach through them.

Avantages

Work independently. Decent pay. Great second job (most classes are in the evenings two days a week or on a Saturday).

Inconvénients

Long hours at home that are unpaid. Hard to get full-time hours (if not impossible; I think the company does not want to pay benefits). The school is under new ownership which seems determined to put out a lower quality student. After years of loyal service, the company decided to substantially decrease everyone's pay.
