Avantages
Over the past few years, the Club has worked hard to hire great leadership and great employees. During the COVID-19 shut down, they continued to take care of employees with fair pay, even those who were uncomfortable or unable to work onsite. They went a step further with bonuses for employees who did work on-site for the services they still could offer (carryout, golf). That says a lot about them as an employer, because not all companies can say the same. The membership are generally wonderful people. The course is beautiful and huge. The Turn restaurant is updated and looks great. There are lots of seasonal, summer job opportunities by the pool and golf course which can be fun. Lots of positives here.
Inconvénients
Hospitality is a tough industry, so you have to be flexible and open minded. To work here you have to be open to change, be a problem solver, and have a positive mindset. No matter your role, this is the business of serving and people, so empathy and patience go a long way.
