      Good place to learn how coorporate culture works.

      Inconvénients

      International company with dodgy decisions. They use tactics to avoid responsabilities. For over two years now they have been pushing their responsabilities away. They use a subsidiary to hire so they can avoid legal responsabilities in Europe.

      Avantages

      Excellent work-life balance with a strong employee-first culture. There are continuous learning opportunities, supportive leadership, and no micromanagement. Managers are approachable, and the company genuinely cares about employee well-being while offering great benefits.

      Inconvénients

      I personally haven’t experienced any major downsides so far. I’ve been with the company for almost 2 years, and my experience has been very positive overall.
