      Avantages

      The employees were great, hardworking, and very friendly. Those that were still with the company had been there for a number of years. Great product and the office is nice.

      Inconvénients

      The upper management was terrible across most departments. They lacked a lot of training and didn't support their hardworking staff. The blame game was popular among management as well. The turn over rate at the company was also really high.

      Decent product, wide variety, nice designs, performance.

      Chaotic, pattern of preventable crises, poorly executed product launches, terrible web site functions, unstable work environment, poor performers tolerated
