      Avantages

      Trying to do things that look forward facing

      Inconvénients

      Poor employers with an air of arrogance thinking they know everything. The mid-level management is led by 24-32 year old kids from Beijing who neither apprehend the language, social and cultural aspect of india but dictate how things must work here. While doing so they screw up good products. Besides, they don’t care for experience and pretty bad at giving salary and bonus. The HR system is pathetic and has no clue about overseas employees.

      Avantages

      Good benefits for interns and employees, including free meals and housing subsidies. Large-scale platform with opportunities to work on impactful projects and gain experience that looks strong on a resume. Fast-paced environment with exposure to major digital marketing and content operations workflows.

      Inconvénients

      Work-life balance can be challenging depending on the team. Overtime is relatively common, and some teams may have issues with micromanagement or unclear boundaries around working hours. Communication and management styles can vary significantly across departments.
