      Avantages

      Commision plan is pretty good

      Inconvénients

      Too follow process. Technical have too much say in sales, and technical have the right to not support the sales which lead the sales deal to collapse. As a sales organization, best would still be sales spearhead the deal and technical just come in to confirm no overcommitment, not telling sales to not proceed further on the sales or not being supportive.

      Avantages

      Overall, I had a good internship experience. I was very lucky to have a good manager to teach me and guide me through every process. I was also able to learn and expand my knowledge about accounts and finance.

      Supportive and helpful supervisor and collegues, great opportunuty to learn a lot of new things as freshgrad and intern

      Inconvénients

      Some time may face large workload, occasionally may lack of guidance as upper management is busy
