Incompetent HR Manager Strange and uncomfortable rumors constantly floating around Certain people do zero work and get away with it, yet they lay off large groups at a time No moderation of WFH employees or planning

      Some leadership lacks understanding on how to utilize employees. Not proactive in employee training or individual development. No clear advancement paths for this position. Prior work experience and opinions are not valued.
