This business is disconnected from people and the reality on the ground. Communication from the c suite is lacklustre and uninspiring at best. Fast becoming a toxic workforce of disengaged people which if not taken seriously will affect their ambition. A recent decision to bring people back into the office a day a week was communicated inconsistently and without any meaningful context as to why. A heavy handed enforcement approach is adopted which doesn't inspire people. Comply or die mentality. HR and senior leadership eems to be outdated 20 year old thinking, people are literally 'resources'
