Avantages
Nothing good here, only big talks in the interview and at the time of joining and once you joined you will realize the actual scenario.
Inconvénients
- Demotivating and negative environment - Leaders and management are like dictators, treat employees like slaves. - False commitment at time of interview and joining. - Management doesn't care about employee's career and future. I have seen them firing employees without any genuine reason. - They recruit the employees from MNC and metro cities without proper planning and when they feel like things are not working they fire employees without any notice or justification. They simply tell that today is your last working day.
