      - Since this is a validation services company, employees don't have any benefits, such as, health insurance, vacations, sick days, etc.

      Inconvénients

      - There is nothing special about this company. You will work by your own with the client with no benefits, recognition, compensations, etc. -There are no grow opportunities within the company.
