      Avantages

      Some of the people are a joy to work with. Easy to get hired since no experience required.

      Inconvénients

      Poor management from the top to the floor level. Safety hazards throughout the entire building. Cut throat environment with management. Filthy bathrooms. Poor planning leads to majority of jobs being rushed at the last minute and using scare tactics to force employees to do overtime. Supervisors leave in the middle of shifts to get coffee, yet operators get spoken to if they come back 2 minutes late from break. No air conditioning when it's boiling in the summer leading to some employees getting sick. Poor ventilation.

      Avantages

      CMP NY is part of a growing company that is serving a wide range of industries, The company has a good mix of legacy customers, and new customers. The long term outlook for the company is very bright.

      Inconvénients

      The growth initiatives are being supported by the addition of new equipment and manufacturing processes as well as facility improvements. As the company continues to grow additional floor space will be required.

      Avantages

      Decent pay and overtime available

      Inconvénients

      Runs through many CEO's leading to constant lay offs. The employee learns their job well and then is laid off . A new person is hired to learn everything all over again leading to never having a mature product. There was no reason for a lay off if your just going to bring a beginner back in. Makes no sense. Notorious for lay offs. Call back the folks laid off? They knew the job the best!
