Avantages
Best place I have worked. -Lots of fantastic and talented people. -Great, Collaborative and Supportive Atmosphere. It feels like everyone wants you to do well. -Senior Management seem to genuinely care about wellbeing. I hadn't heard of Psychological Safety previously but it is regularly bought up in town halls and team meetings. They also ensure good work life balance and offer benefits centred around everything needed to support wellbeing for ourselves and immediate family. -They seem to be actively trying to maintain the culture and centre it going forward. -Office in central London is lovely and often put on events and lunches. I am fully remote but actually like to go in. -They support Growth and Training. -They give you a lot of trust and autonomy.
Inconvénients
Nothing significant. Just need to be aware that it is a small company going through a lot of transition and growth.
