      Avantages

      Besides getting a check, hardly any pros.

      Inconvénients

      Pay raises are so tiny it’s a joke. And that’s if you do get a raise. With bonuses the CEO made over a half million dollars last year while the agency had a huge shortfall in income. She had a 100% salary increase in 6 years. I had a 1.5% increase in 4 years.

      Cherry Health makes a great impact on its patients and communities. Staff are compassionate, innovative, and patient focused.

      Inconvénients

      Wages may not be competitive with for-profit orgnaizations.

      Co workers, flexible scheduling, work life balance

      Inconvénients

      Upper management, caseload, productivity, paperwork amount, EHR system constantly crashing or not working, poor communication between departments and from higher ups
