      Avantages

      As a chapter lead for Canada Learning Code it provided me an opportunity to network and grow the tech space in my community. It brought me joy seeing learners use their new skills and their excitement at the end of workshops. Head office was always extremely supportive for larger signature events and very responsive to any questions despite working remotely.

      Inconvénients

      COVID-19 resulted in the transition to online workshops which resulted in less of a local community feel but allowed for more learners to be reached nationally.

      Avantages

      Great people and a very fun job. Lots of flexibility and a great manager. I really loved this job it was very rewarding.

      Inconvénients

      The leadership could be very disorganized at times for this position as it was a relatively new job. There were a lot of people reporting to one manager so it was difficult to get individual attention.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts. The organization had undergone a period of transition and alignment to ensure that we are structured to meet our goals, and I'm happy to say that we now have the proper leadership in place to lead each department.
