      Inconvénients

      Lack of clear vision and oversight. New tasks/projects started with unrealisticly short deadlines leading to recurring overtime.

      Passion. The CEO is genuinely passionate about the products the company makes, and this is reflected in the way the company is run

      Inconvénients

      There can be quite a bit of "I am older, so I am correct". And information about what the exact overall goal is, can be hard to get, and is likely to change, again, without a clear reason why
