      Avantages

      A good company for fresher,there are many things to learn..The company also has its own data center..Product Based company having only one product..

      Inconvénients

      These people aren't sure what they want..They come to hire only 5 people and shortlist 60-70 candidates...they don't reveal how many posts they have to offer..sometimes the interview process lasts overnight having 5-6 technical round for a package of around 3.2 for a fresher,,!Still after this they are confused whom to hire..!

      Avantages

      Excellent opportunity with executive support for success. Ability to contribute to immediate change. Great culture that encourages thinking and group participation. Willing to try new ideas and processes to bring success to the company. State of the art offices, 100% health care coverage. Great people!

      Inconvénients

      Rapid growth requires an adaptive attitude that presents challenges to some people who are not comfortable with change, while on their feet or are not open to trying things another way, out of their comfort zone. This is not a place to work if you are not a hard working professional.
