      The hourly pay starts off pretty decent, the job is flexible with easy opportunity to trade/give away/pick up shifts.

      The job itself can be boring at times, especially when you have long shifts.

      Job had great benefits for employees, fairly easy and straightforward

      Inconvénients

      Very micromanaging - especially with time and schedule adherence. Very stressful with high call volume - only seconds between calls and still expected to do tasks in between.
