      Avantages

      The leadership in Canada was very supportive of goals and objectives of all management teams, the company was primarily unionized but it was very supportive of this set up.

      Inconvénients

      Not enough personal interaction or face to face with other locations. Felt like employees could benefit from more face to face interaction
