      Avantages

      Ottimo customer service, attenzione al cliente e splendida filosofia

      Inconvénients

      Stipendio bassissimo per le molteplici mansioni, bisogna guidare la navetta e fare altre mille cose. Qualsiasi lamentela viene archiviata e non ascoltata con la dovuta attenzione. Customer service che tutela troppo il cliente non permettendo al dipendente di essere assertivo

      Avantages

      They have an excellent IT system making processing of rentals easier and faster than other companies. They also have a modern rental fleet which is a major selling point.

      Inconvénients

      No real cons at all. Perhaps the only drawback is that the Customer Agent drives to and from the airport instead of having a dedicated driver
