Good company culture great initial training

none I do not see any flaws

Used to be better, with the new "acquisition" it is really weird and no real leadership. Sadly all the former leadership is now gone.

Lack of follow through, no real leadership currently, no responses to emails or help tickets, loosing referrals for new clients. Many therapists are leaving the platform because of the way the company is going. The culture feels divided.
