Interview Experience - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Chain Reaction

I recently went through an exhausting and ultimately disappointing interview process with Chain Reaction. After three rounds – three face-to-face /online interviews and one assessment round – I was left questioning the professionalism of the company. The process dragged on for weeks with little communication, and the coordinator who managed the interview process seemed very disorganized. Despite taking time out of my schedule for these meetings, I never received any feedback or updates. After waiting **three weeks** for an offer, they casually informed me that the position was now on hold. No explanation, no apology – just a complete disregard for my time and effort. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and basic courtesy was shocking. If this is how they treat candidates, I can't imagine what it would be like to actually work there. Proceed with caution if you're considering this company – the experience left a lot to be desired.
