Good team, chaotic environment - Avis employé Partnerships Cialfo

Thank you for your review of Cialfo, we appreciate all feedback. As a growing startup we are consciously improving with everything we do. Due to our time zone differences of 12 to 15 hours, we balance meetings out. Wellbeing of people and their families are important to us, and we have private insurance for all colleagues across all the offices. We have had private insurance for our US colleagues since June 2019. However, we are always looking into various options to improve our benefit offerings and ensure our colleagues wellbeing’s are looked after.
