Avantages
I think some of the pros would be the clients you work with. Its nice helping clients solve business problems using technology. Someone else mentioned ducks in the business park, yes yes yes- loved them :)
Inconvénients
-I never felt empathy from management -I felt the business was focused on making money and not focused on staff. Obviously there is a balance but having a money focused culture drives a culture where people are not treated as if they are part of the business, driving towards a common goal. You are just there to do what you must do (and you do a lot of it). There is a lot of red tape for how “small” the company is. So it feels like you have to “stay in your lane” or you will be spoken down to.
