      Avantages

      Great benefits. Involved in community. Great people in some areas.

      Inconvénients

      Culture is not as advertised. After working there a short time, I felt the environment was rather hostile and unorganized. Voicing concerns didn’t matter because some managers have little to no experience in the field they manage. Management would hear ideas but were not willing to listen to others with several years of experience. Always felt my job was in danger.

      Avantages

      The culture is driven by people that work there. If you have a desire to grow and work "outside the box", then Clickstop is perfect for you.

      Inconvénients

      Cons -- I know I could be paid more somewhere else -- but I enjoy this place so much, I wouldn't leave.

      no pros honestly, the whole place is brainwashed

      Inconvénients

      management fires people over he said she said , if they say they are reviewing complaints there lying, there just gonna fire you . they don't pay correctly , the whole team is two faced honestly
