Avantages
As a former JavaScript Developer at ClimatePartner, I had a wonderful experience working with this company. The team had an excellent set of values and focused on modern practices and technologies, making it a great environment to learn and grow as a developer. The style is similar to ThoughtWorks, so expect TDD, pair-programming 80% of the time and trunk-based development.
Inconvénients
One of the cons was the financial situation and the transparency about it. In my case I was part of a massive layoff (25% of the company) and most people didn't know about the severity of it until the same day of when the layoff happened. Actually, the previous months they where still contracting new people despite the critical situation.
