      Avantages

      - Doing something useful for the climate at the end of the day - Good autonomy and flexibility

      Inconvénients

      - Company is without a clear strategy besides trying to hit certain numbers - Intrasparent career progression, inflation bonus got cut without further adjustments - Many people left the company after last year layoff - D&I initiatives get deprioritised over and over - Jerk's behaviours of certain people is unfortunately tolerated

      Avantages

      Everyone is there to help you better yourself personally and professionally. I’ve learned a lot here and I can see myself working here for years to come. I am grateful I’ve been able to match up my expertise with an environmental approach.
