Avantages

What stands out for me is the openness in the culture. People are approachable, and there’s a genuine effort to keep things transparent and fair. As someone in employee relations, it’s encouraging to work in an environment where you can actually influence culture and not just enforce rules. Every day brings different situations, which keeps the role engaging and helps you grow personally as well.

Inconvénients

There are moments when things move very quickly, and it can take time for processes to catch up.

Avantages

Honestly one of the best things is the ownership you get from day 1. You're not just shadowing seniors for months, they actually put you on real work and trust you to figure it out. Also there's basically no hierarchy here, if you have an issue or even just an idea you can directly walk up to the founders and talk to them.

Inconvénients

I think processes are still being built out so things can feel a bit unstructured at times, that's it!

Avantages

Working here as a backend engineer has been pretty good. You get to work on actual problems, not just simple APIs and CRUD stuff. I have built things across different domains so the learning is real. Seniors are helpful when you get stuck and nobody acts like they know everything. Founders are also easy to reach out to if you have any issue. Decent place to start or grow your backend skills.

Inconvénients

Documentation is also weak in some projects so you spend time figuring out what the previous person did.
