Avantages
- Wide range of projects and variety of tasks - developers, for example, are not bound to one feature only, they can switch between different projects/features. - Since the company only has a few main products, you do have influence on the way in which they are developed. The project managers listen to devs' opinions. For me this was a big difference compared to enterprise-level companies, where you're only limited to one minor feature of a larger software product and you can't see (let alone shape) the whole thing. - If you're really dedicated and hard-working, it will pay off. The company is small enough to notice and reward every individual who stands out. On the other hand, if you want to slack off, it will not do - the managers will notice that very quickly. - It's still a small company, so everyone knows one another. - Frequent team-building integrations, annual celebration parties, winter ski camps all paid by the company, etc. - Other typical benefits like sports card, fruits, etc.
Inconvénients
- Offices are spread between two locations (Wroclaw and Jelenia Góra), which means meetings and daily stand-ups often need to go virtual
