Avantages
Exposure to new technologies. Works with mostly the new web technologies so a good thing. Will learn all aspects of software services regardless of your title (because you will have to perform duties of multiple positions regardless of your position).
Inconvénients
Manipulated reviews. Employee promotions are held off, specially for the intern - associate range until they provide screenshot evidence of positive Glassdoor reviews. Almost every CEO approved review after 2025 is like that. Long work hours. (Actively encouraged to work late nights, promising that it is the current norm for software companies and saying it will go rewarded, but not really). Mostly hires clueless young people who doesn't know their rights. Makes it harder on them as well as other employees because a few people who actually do good work are constantly used to make up for other's failures. Benefits are not companywide. The amount of sucking up to the management will decide the benefits and chances you get. Example: Some employees are given the year-end bonus while others are ignored. Some are given special treatment on birthdays while others only get a post. Some receive gifts on special occasions while others are ignored. And the funniest part is sometimes senior workers who work hard but don't worship the management are ignored in favor of bad employees. Specially for BA's, you have a high change of getting hired if you are a beautiful girl with a posh (widely accepted) accent. Rarely a male BA in the company unless you have strings inside.
