Avantages
Working here has taught me great communication skills, team communication, and self-management. I learned how to better manage my finances, and have grown my savings and investments. The merit-based aspect is what attracted me to work here. At my previous restaurant job I knew I was working harder than my coworkers AND had to share tips with them… which drove me crazy! I also was not considered for a promotion because the other people I was outworking had simply been there longer. With Codis Group, there is no seniority or discrimination that would limit me from advancing within the company and I was recently promoted into an assistant management position. #woo!
Inconvénients
With my recent promotion, I do arrive early and sometimes work longer hours. Admittedly, I was never a morning person so this is a new challenge! However, arriving before the rest of the team and getting hands-on experience with different department heads is greatly developing my professional growth. #worthit
