      Avantages

      You get ample opportunities to learn new technologies and good guidance through the senior team. Work culture is very easy and friendly like a true startup. On the days when work is there, you may have to work 10 hours - 14hours or 16, but that would be fun too. And the days when you have bandwidth you can easily take leave or be present for a few hours. the best CEO to learn from and very cooperative employees. Overall I would say, if you really enjoy working in a free environment, it's the best place for you.

      Inconvénients

      One or two senior members will never appreciate your hard work. If you are really unlucky you may get a chance to work with them, but you'll learn your work well too. Nothing noted major as such.

      Avantages

      I joined Coditation two years ago. The hiring process involved a single one-hour technical interview, which was very efficient. The company is excellent, offering competitive salary increases and promoting a healthy work-life balance.

      While occasional periods of increased workload occur, they are manageable

      1. Work-from-home flexibility. 2. The work culture is learning-oriented. 3. Good job security, as we have multiple projects that provide stability. 4. Helpful and supportive team, with an appreciative development team that is always ready to help.

      Inconvénients

      The number of leaves is fewer.
