Management encourages new ideas and really listens to you - unlike other companies, at CompStak you’re really able to have a seat at the table and a voice within the company. Leadership is awesome and really cares about each employee by fostering growth, both personally and professionally. The work is fast paced and exciting, everyday I leave feeling like I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to the bottom line, while also working with great people!
