      Avantages

      - Une grande entreprise technologique renommée, basée à Louisville, Kentucky. - J'ai pu travailler à distance depuis mon domicile après avoir travaillé 5 ans dans cette entreprise et fait mes preuves.

      Inconvénients

      - Les licenciements sont préférés à la réallocation du personnel dans la société. - Les clients sont gérés de manière réactive et non proactive.

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
